William Pether< no role > by Indenture dated the 27th of October 1694 . Confirm'd by the
approbacon & Consent of two of the yr Maties Justices of the Peace king wth [..]

[..] Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Arber field in the Said county of Berks
where the Said Richard Woodale< no role > way borne, by the date of wd Indenture
[..] doth appear that there is yet one yeare of the Said Apprentyship yet to
[..] er & unexpir'd tho as I rember the said appeal [..] cited the said Woodall
had never [..] Settlemt at Woodhay aforesaid; to Contradict wd altertion
[..] Hebpilna the said Powell & Pather to give the ye testimonies of the
[..] and Woodates Apprentyship on Thursday next, when ye may rember wer [..]
[..] Said Appral to be heard at Hicks hall, therefore that ye would wth all
[..] dicon furnish the Brarer wth 2 Sub pana's for Powell & Pether, & if it
[..] allow'd wth & 2 other blank sub pena's to be filld up by our Agent
[..] Berkshire for wch he hath order to pay ye, is the Sarnest request of
[..] agent Promiseth to set forward from
