[..] In pursuance of an Order of the Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace
holden for this County. at Hicks Hall in St. Johns Streete the Sixth Day of July
last past [..] whose names and here unto Subscribed her Maties Justices of the Peace
for this County Inhabiting and Residing in the Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne
and Istleworth have Inspected Examined and Allowed of the Certificates and
Accounts of the Respective High and Petty Constables in the Said Hundreds (Not here to fore
Inspected Examined and Allowed of According to former Orders) for their Charges
Expennes and Losse of Time in Passing Vagrants Through and from the Said Hundreds
Pursuant to the Statute in that Case lately made And upon the Said Inspection
and Examination doe finde that Some Moneys Remainte In the Hands of the
High Constables upon the Rates by them Collected Sufficient to pay All
Andrews Due both before Lady day last and fine to the Respective Petty
Constables The came there fore thought fitt to Order the Said High Constables
to pay to the Said Petty Constables Such respective Sumes of Money In Passing
Vagarants as to aforesaid as to the Said Petty Constables became Dare. Aswell
Same as before Lady Day last Well the Said Justices haveing First Stated and
Setted All the Said Petty Constables Accounts All which Well Report and
Submitt to the Judgment of this present Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace
as the Said Order Directs And [..] further Forder [..] that there [..] Still
Renames in the Hands of the Treasurer for this County Severall Sumes of
Money ever and above what is Sufficient to Satisfy the Said Constables
and for which the Said Treasurer is ready to Account As to the Justices In
Sessions Shall Soeme meete Wilnes our hands at our Waiting at vx bridge
this First Day of October in the First ye one of the Reigne of our Sovereigne
Lady Anne by the Grace of God Queen ever England Etc Anno [..] 1702
