When on Oath the 22th day of Septembr. 1702

Who Saith that on the 27th. day of Augt. last past
there were feloinously Stoleen from him a French
Bible a part of a Coat wch. he was about to turn
and a whole Wastcoate of the value of Twenty &
Five Shillings or there abouts and [..] by Accident her
found the Bible at the Shop of Moses Hasted< no role > a Taylor
in Spittle fields who informeth him that he bought
the Sd: Bible of a person who calls himself James
Roberts

Hamlet of Spittlefields Taylor taken on Oath
the days & year aforesd.

Who Saith that about the later End of August last
past he bought a French Bible of a person who
calls himself James Roberts< no role > and that the Sd Bible
was owned in his possession by Davis after who Saith
the same was Stoleen from him together with a part
of a Coat & a whole Wastcoate.
