Septr. ye 1st: 1702

I was to wait on yee at yrs house, before I left
Towne but had not ye happyness to find you
being told, ye were in ye Country.
[..] as then order'd hither by thy Sd: Montagu
attend him at his Country Seat; where it is
probable I must Stay; till ye time be past to
[..] ar at Sessions, to ye Malicious prosecution
of an infamous Woman: call'd Douglass: She has
Sworn an Assault agt: me & my Wife, tho we have
Suffer'd ye greatest outrages from her, at our
[..] house & have been twice assaulted by her
I am advis'd to indite & her for these mischiefs
wh [..] will be done by Several Sufficient Witnesses
this Session: & if a Bill be found; I hope ye
Bench will appoint ye Tryal of both together
[..] it seems ye Bill was found agt: me &my Wife.
