the County of Middx

The humble Peticon & appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the Hamblett of Mile End New Town
in the pish of Stepney

Sheweth

That Thomas Smith< no role > with Joseph< no role > and Mary Smith< no role >
his Children were by Warrt under the hands and
Seales of John Tully< no role > Esqr and Phillip Howard< no role > Esqr two
of his Maties Justices of the peace of this County past
from the pish of St James in the Liberty of Westmr
to the said Hamblett of Mile end New Town alledgeing
that to be the place of his last legall settlement

Yor Petrs therefore finding themselves
agreivedby the [..] warrthumbly appeal
from the said Warrt and desire a day
to be heard and that all parties
concerned may then attend to abide
by the determination of this [..]
Court touching the same
