There are to Certifie, that Whereas an Appeale has been lodged before
his Maties. Justices of the peace assembled att the Generall Sessions of
the peace holden for the County of Middx on Tuesday the third
day of June Instant agst. an ordr. dated the Twentyeth day of
May last past undr the hands and Seales of Gideon Harvey< no role > and
Richard Rider< no role > Esqr two of his Matyes Justices of the peace
of the County a resaid, whereby Elianour Witherly< no role > was removed
from the parish of St. Martins in the Fields in the sd County to
the Precinct of the Savoy on prtence of Settlement there
Wee two of the present Overseers of the sd parish of St Martins
in the Felds haveing had a treaty with the Chappel Warden of
the precinct of the Savoy doe find, that we have been
un informed of and concerning the Settlement of the said
Elianour Witherly< no role > and doe hereby in consideracon thereof agree
& Consent that the Appeale aforesd of the sd.parish of
Precinct of the Savoy be allowed As Witness - our
hands being present overseers of the poor of the Psh of St Martins
in ye Fields aforesd this Sixth day of June Anno Din 1701
