Sheweth

That yor. Pr. is Poseessed of a house in Bartholomew Square in the Parish of St. Giles
Cripplegate in the said County where he did formerly Inhabit but hath Since
had noe residence there for above those two yeares past.

That yor. Pr. hath therein placed a poore person to take care of & to let the Said house & other house, there to adjoyning
Soe that the Inhabitants of the Said Parish have rated yor. Pr. for the Said house the
Sum of £1.10s.0d & upwards towards the releife of the Poore there for this present
yeare whereby Yor. Pr. humbly conceives himselfe aggreived
