Whereas Complaint hath beene made unto us
Two of his Majesties of the Peace for the said
County of (Quor unus) by the Church wardens and
Overseeres of the poore of the Pish of St. Andrews
Holbourne above barrs in the said County. That William
Froggett
< no role > (sonn of Richard Froggett< no role > by [..] Eleaner< no role > his wife
lately deced) an Infant of about the age of Six Months was
on the Twentyeth instant left in the said Pish, and
is become chargeable thereunto, And whereas itt
appears unto us upon the Oath of Elizabeth Eaglestone< no role >
widdow, that the said Richard Froggett< no role > is a pson that
hath noe legall Settlemt, And alsoe that the said
William Froggett< no role > was borne in the Pish of St.
Giles's in the feilds in the said county of Middx
in the House of Devall in great Queen street Silk-dyen
where he was last legally settled, and that since the sd
William Froggett< no role > hath had noe other legall settlement
whatsoever.

These are therefore in his Maties. name strictly to
charge and Command you the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the poore of the said Pish of St. Andrews
Holbourne above barrs , Some or one of you upon sight
hereof, To remove and Convey the body of the said William
Froggett
< no role > out of yor. said Pish unto the sd. Pish of St Giles
in the Feilds , and Chair deliver unto the Church-wardens
& Overseeres of the poore there or to some or one of them
who are hereby required him to receive and pride for
untill they shal be of him legally discharged, and for
see doeing this shall be yor. Warrt. given under our
hands and Seales this 22th. Day of February Ao, Dui
1698.

To the Church-wardens & Overseeres of the poore
of the Pish of St Andrews Holbourne above Barrs in
the County of Middx , & to all others whome this
may Concerne.
