Shewed this Informt the George Tavern & [..]
him not to faile att the tyme appointed. Afterwards
this Informt: acquainted his Freinds what had post
who advised this Informt: to apply himselfe to some
Justices of the peace whereupon he disapply himself
to Mr Justice Wailton an Munday in the Afternoon who
took his Informacon and ordered a Constable to goe
along with him to the Tavern there to attend [..]
Case the Sd Mr Rigby should make any assault upon
this Informt: in order to abuse his hands upon a Signe
or notice thereof given then to apprhend & Seize him

the Bart inquired for Number 4, near unto which
Room number 4: the Justices Clerk the Constable &

was [..] up to a Room where the sd Capt Rigby
another Gentleman were, and as soon as me said
Capt Rigby Saw his Informt. he welcomed him and
Wade him Sitt down by him & drink to him [..]
of [..] & said he was afraid he would have faile
his Assignation asked him whether he liked that
wyne this Informt considered him he drank butt [..]
wyne & if he drank and it should be Clarett upon
which Capt Rigby called for [..]
to this Informt in the Same & Soe [..] this Informt. [..]
by the hand & kissed him and [..] must Informts. [..]
