Who upon her Oath Saith That [..] betweene the
houres of Six and Seaven of the Clock this Evening as She was
goeing the Strand , at Milford Lane end, She was Sett upon

believes She Shall be able to prove feloniously tooke from
her in the Streete at time ford Lane end foresaid, a perie of
black Persan Silke Conteyneing Leaven Yard's and an halfe
Value Seaven and thirty Shillings and Six pence, which She
had imediately before bought on Ludgate hill , being the goods of
her Said Himselfs, with Whose money She had paid for them
& therefore Charge the Said Guy to have Comitted the said Felony.
