Whereas an Appeal was brought this prsent Sessions
agt. an order under the hands & Seals of St Charles
Gerrard
< no role > & Sr Thomas Francklyn< no role > Barrts . two of his
Maties Justices of the peace of this County (Quor)
unus) for the removall of one Mary James< no role >
from the Pish of Harrow unto the Pish of Stanmore
Magna in this County wch. appeal was ordered to
be heard on Fryday next Now upon oath made by
John Page< no role > of the said Pish of Harrow Gent that
the said Mary James< no role > is now in child Bed & not
in a Condicon to attend this Cort this prsent Sessions,
Itt is ordered by this Cort that the hearing & determin
-ing of the said Appeal be deferred & respited
[..] untill the Second day of the next Genrall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this
County unlesse upon notice hereof the Appellant
Doe on Fryday next shew good cause to the contrary,
And it is further ordered by this Cort that in
case the said Appeal goes for the appellant then
they shall have such costs as this Cort shall then
award.
