Lodged att ye house afone Mr. Ford Brother in Law to ye Said
Sarah Ford< no role > . Att which Meeting these were Severall discoursed
& Pposalls touching the takeing away & Marrying of ye
Sd Susan Lovering< no role > to ye sd John Mitchell< no role > And Saith That within Six Months
past there have beene Severall Meetings & Consultacons
att ye Cross Keys Taverne in Holborne , & att ye Lodgeing
of the Dept& the sd Halfordatt Mr. Suellings house in
Holborne, & att ye Castle Taverne in Holborne , & att ye
Castle Taverne att Fetters Lane End & att ye Rose Taverne in Castle Aley in ordr. to ye taking
away & Marrying of ye sd. Susan Lovering< no role > to ye sd John
Mitchell
< no role > ; Att two of which Meetings there was prsent
one Andrew Palmer< no role > , whom the sd Mitchell brought
to Consults [..] Carry on, & effect the sd Designe, & att one
of the sd Meetings att ye Rose Taverne there were prsent ye
sd Palmers wife & Daughter & att one of the sd the Matthew was prsent one [..] And Saith that the sd John
Mitchell
< no role > Priused & agreed to pay this Dept. £400 for here trouble
and pcureing & Contriveing ye Said Match, whereof £50 was
to be paid within 3 Months after ye Mariage, & ye residing
as her could receive her Fortune. And Saith that att ye sd
Meeting att ye Rosse Tavene att was resolved & agreed that
ye sd Susan Lovering< no role > Should be arrested On a Sham accon in
her goeing from Lincoln Inne to her Lodgeing in Chancery
