To humble Peticon of Robert Walker< no role >

Sheweth

That about Twelve Months past yor. Petr. became bayle for the appearance of
Robert Dart< no role > in this Honble Court As by the Recognizance may appeare
that the said Robert Dart< no role > some time past now your Petr. he was discharged
from the sd. Reognizance for that he had withdrawne the Same & paid all charges
Incident thereout but the said Robert Dart hath not appeared in the Honble
Court in discharge of the sd Recognizance See that your Petr is fearfull the
same wille steated into his Maties Court of Chequer And forasmuch as yor.
Petr. being a very poore Man & haveing a wife & Severall sume Children to
mainteyne who must Inevitably Perish unless releived by your Worspps in the
Prmisses

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly Prayes
yor. Worspps to be pleased to Grant that
he may be discharged from the said

New Prison .
