That yor. petr. being a penconer belonging to the sd. parish is by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poore thereof allowed £18. P weeke towards the releife & mainteynance

That your petr. is a Lodger in the house of one Katherine Vales< no role > a poore Woman
who has a great charge of Children to mainteyne soe that the sd. £18. P weeke will not
pay for your Petr. Lodging & mainteynance And for as much as your Petr. being very
aged & very Dim of Sight & altogether past his labour soe that he must Inevitably
perish unless releived by this Honble Court and the sd. Churchwardens & Overseers.
of the poore promiseing to pay the sd. Katherine Vales< no role > for Lodging your Petr. over
& above the sd. Pencon of £18. P weeke but they now refuse soe to doe
