To all Constables, Headboroughs, and other His Majesty's
Officers and Ministers Within County of Middlesex ,
and to every of them whom it Concern.

These are to Will and Require, and in His Majesty's Name to
Charge and Command you, upon sight hereof, to bring before
Us and others His Majesty's Justices of the Peace , of the County
aforesaid, at the Sessions of Peace now holden at Hick's -Hall in
St. John's- street , in and for the said County, the Body- ofJames [..]

attending upon a sumons to show cause why he refuses to pay to george
Stanley
< no role > £1-5s-due for wages
(if the Court be then and there sitting) or if not, before us or some
others of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the same County, to
find sufficient Sureties forhisPersonal Appearance at this present
Sessions to answer the same, and all such other Matters as on His Ma-
jesty's behalf shall be objected against [..] himAnd ifheecannot
be taken, during this present Sessions:That then so soon after ashee
shall be taken, you bring or causehim -to be brought before Us,
or some others of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the Said
County, to find sufficient Sureties forhispersonal Appearance at
the next Sessions of Peace to be holden for the County, to answer
Hereof you ara not to fail at your Perils. Dated in open Sessions at
