Conspirary found yesterday at Hicks Hall

to enquire for one mr. Pauncefort his wife

them notice to attend at ye Old Bayly to give evidence on the
behalfe of the Defts and this Dept. did accordingly goe this
morning to the Sd Mr. Pauncefort's ledgings and upon [..]
finds ym: to be gone into the Country and cannot learn any
certainly when they will returns again And this Dept.
further Deposeth ye he Kneweth the said Mr: Pauncefort
his wife & maid fort. are materiall witnesses to prove
Several matter & cinrumstances yt ye Defts are advized
will be materiall evidence for them ye Sd Defts in this

informed and verily beleives ye Said mr. Pauncefort
now is and for some time past has been Sick and much
out of order and cannot travell into town at this time
without Danger of increasing his illness
