Indictment wth was found and this Worshipfull Bench
was pleased to grant ye Petr. Ho: Bench Warrant
upon the same not with standing yor. Petitioner was
prsently taken & [..] rrced [..] New Prison but
suport what account yor Petrs. Knoweth not

Yor Petr. therefore most humbly
pray that he may be brought
this night before this Worshipfull
Bench that he may Know beth
his accuser & his Crime
