taken the day and year above said
This Examinant being duely Examined Saith That he was in the
Roome with the above said John Jones< no role >
where there was a Silver
Tankard with drink in it Seserace other persons being there alsoe
but whether he was the last of the Company that was in the
Roome besides the said Jones (who is Master of the house). hee
does not well Remember, but further Saith That when he Left
the said Roome, he left the Tankard upon the Table and Mr.
Jones Sitting in the Roome, betweene Sleeping and wakeing, and
that he went June diately out of the said Roome into John
Brownes Roome in the yard of the said house, where he Staid
halfe an houre or thereabouts
