was not at home, so they all stand there from abty. a Clock
till abt. to at Hight & drank Brandy very freely & the Man
that hired this Informt. having to be the Constable that he had
the six shillngs out of the bagg, the Constable took back
the sd six shillings being chip,& gave this Informt. a
halfe Crowne & & 3s: & sd. after of his pockett, And further
this Informt. deposeth that both the other that hired him
were in the House when the Justices came, but they had
turned this Informt: out of the Roome after the Constable
had given him the 5s. but after he had shifted himselfe
he went againe into the next box wth his father in Law,
& did hear the Beedle tell the Man that hired this Informt.

loaded up the Bagg, but did not bind any of them over
nor this Informt: to give evidence concerning this Matter
only appointed them to come the next Morning to his House
& when this Informt. came (the panctuall at the tyme
appointed) he this Informt. was told the Men had been
there & were gone, & that the Clipping weighed 26. ounce
& noe more & that there was but 48s. in money
