Rates made by the Justices of peace of the County of Midds att
their genall quarter Sessions of the peace hold for the said County
att Hickshall in St. Johnstreet by adjornmt. on Tuesday the Second
day of April One thousand six hundred ninety five for paveing
the Towne of Kensington in the said County.

Inprimis every Owner or Landlord who inhabits is owne
house or houses to pave the ground lieing in front
before the same to the Middle of the Hinghway at his
own charge}

Every Lessee for any terme exceding sixty years to
allow three fourths of the charge of paveing
according to the improved value}
3 fourths

Every Revercon. expectant on such formes to
allow}
5 fourth

Every Lesse for any terme not exceeding sixty
years}
2 thirds

Every Reverconer expectant on such termes1 third

Termes derived out of building or other Estates to
hold att will}
1 twentieth

To hold for termes not exceeding 3 years1 nineteenth
not exceeding Six years1 eighteenth
not exceeding nine years1 seventeenth
not exceeding 12 years1 Sixteenth
not exceeding 15 years1 fifteenth
not exceeding 18 years1 fourteenth
not exceeding 21 years1 thirteenth
not exceeding 24 years1 twelfth
not exceeding 30 years1 tenth
not exceeding one life or years detminable thereon 1 eighteenth
not exceeding two lives or years detminable thereon 1 sixteenth
for 3 or more lives detminable thereon1 twelfth
The void ground to be paved att a pish charge

Which Rates are to goe in ease of the above menconed charges sett on
building termes & revercons thereon ratably & where there is noe
building terme the like rates are to goe in ease of the reverconr.
who is to bear the rest of the charge unlesse there by other interest
derived out of the Inheritance & in that case all interests are to
contribute & the equality of the rates pmised are to govern every
such case & all other cases not hereby expressly pvided for.
