to Mr. Peter Courtney< no role > of Lyons Inn gen take
before me Ralph Marshall< no role > Esqr: One of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the said County this 2d. day
of March Anno Din 1694/5:

Who upon her Oath Saith That about a Month since her Justices
tooke a new Servant Maid by the name of Elizabeth
Lambeth
< no role > , (whos name this Informt, since understands is
Hannah Bates< no role > ) which said Maid about there dayes after
she came to her said Mistress this Informnt. left in her [..]
Mistresses Chamber two paid of stoires, wherein was
a Clossett then lock't And this Informt. being a while
absent returneing into the said Chamber found the [..]
doore broke open and the goods hereafter mentioned
to witt two siver salvers, two silver Porrnigers, five
silver Spoones, four silver forkes a sett of Casters, for
silver salts and three yards or there abouts of black
veluett value in all about Thirty pounds (all which
goods this Informant left in the said Closett a [..]
before) Stole from thence And the said Elizabeth
Lambeth

to her said service, And this Informt. further saith
upon her Oath That she verily belevies the said Lambeth
All Bates was the Pson that breake the said Closett
and Stole the said Goods & that noe other person [..]
in the said Roome from the fine that this Informt. [..]
the said Roome till her returne, & found the goods
gone
