The Informacon of the abovesaid William Webster< no role >

Who Saith upon oath yt haveing him lately Informed yt William Buttler< no role >
the prisoner here could procure this Informt: a Protection from being
Imprest this Informt: thereupon went to the said Mr. William Buttler< no role >
and discoursed with him do Comorneing the same butt this Informt: and
her [..] agrehe said Buttler and the above named Daniell
Bott< no role > (who he accompanyed this Informt: there as aftriend) not agreeing
together upon a price this Informt: & the said Mr. Bott his friend
for that tyme parted Butt the next day after this said Informant:
& the said [..] Bott went Thither to the said Buttlers again when
and where Itt was do Comluded upon and [..] agreed between the said
Buttler and this Informt; amongst other Things) that the said Buttler
Should procure this Informt; a Lawfull & ample protection
from under the hands of hired of the Lords of the Ad [..] & if
itt were necessary to have the Lord Bartletts hand to the same
then to procure [..] his hand to the same for which this Informt:
was to pay a [..] Considerable Sume of Money And
this said Informt: & the said Buttler did Enter into Articles
in writting under hand for the ye for meance of the same And
Alias Informt: Saith yt on monday last being the 18th instant the
said William Buttler< no role > brought a protection signed [..] J Bartlett
which the said William Buttler< no role > did then affirme to be the
hand of the Hight honble: the Lord Bartlett being dated the
6th March instant Butt which This Informt: saith that he is
has bin Informed since that the same was Counterfeit &
forged.

Protection to Secure him from Impressing Dated the 16th instant &
Signed of Bartlett which he [..] said Buttler did then affirms
the same were signed by the Hight Honble: the sd Bartlett Butt
since he this Informt: is Informed that the same is Counterfeit
& forged:
