Who Saith upon oath that he had [..] olne from him the Evening of this day
three peeces of Linsey Heath and Seven Shillings of moneyes numbred
which were all taken putt of his Shop by Samuell yorke< no role > the prisoner here
as this said Informt: severily beleives by reason that this Informt: tooke
and apprehended the said Yorke in this said Informt: felony too night when
this Informt: found about the sd Yorke [..] & cloath & a Drawer belonging to a chest of
Drawers of this said Informt: lyeing in this sd shop Inn and seven Shillings
therein which this informt: wife that Informed: this sd Informt: was hers
And further he Saith nott.

Who Saith upon & oath that the tooked the above named Samuell Yorke< no role >
the prisoner here in her Shop this Evening when he was Endeavoring to
make his Escape over the hatch of the said Shop and two peeces of
himselfe cloath the goods of this Informt: in the Custody & under the
Arms of the said Samuell Yorke< no role > And this Informt; also saith yt
upon Searching the Sd Yorke there was further found in the custody
of the Said Yorke a Drawer belonging to a chest of Drawer of
this Informt: being then in the Said Shop and therein Seven Shillings
of money of this Informt: And further She saith nott.
