Who Saith upon his Oath saith That Searching the
house of Margarett Molloy< no role >

in Charles Streete
in the Pish of St Paul Covent Garden
in the present
of Elizabeth Mell< no role >
whose goods were Stolen hee there
found in a Trunke Pcell of the said goods Soe Stolen
as the said Mrs. Mell affirmed and hath since made
Oath; And makeing further Search in the said house
two of the Roomes therein were lock't against him
which he desireing to have open'd was refused, but
after greate Inportunity and threats to carry She
Said Molloy before a Justice of Peace if She would not
open the Said doore or Consent to have the same broaken
open she at lost (after greate Inportunities & threats
as aforesaid) did Consent, and the doores were broaken
open by a Smith then present in the uper of which
Said Roomes he found five paire of Flaskes, five paire
of Sheares, Tenn files, some of which had Silver hanging
in them, Waites, Scales, Crusibles an Iron melting pott
& Severall other Instruments, as alsoe a sort of a Kill
in the Chimney of the said Roome, Supposed to be used
for melting And alsoe in one Cent two and Twenty Salse
halfe Crownes Supposed to be new made, Twenty Eight Ounces of
[..] Mettall part cast or Coyn'd part un Coyn'd & part Clippings of the
Same, a quantity of fileings of the some mettall a quantity [..]
Clippings of Copper, Thirty five Ounces of Clippings of Silver
money in a Leather Bagg Twelve Ounces of Clippings more
another Bagg, a Small quantity of Silver fileings in a paper
and four and thirty pounds of Currant money very much
