taken upon Oath before the Rt. Honoble The Lord Lucas the
1st. Day of August 1694.

This Deponent saith that yesterday being
the 31st. of July Jane Humphreys< no role > came into his
Shop near the Postern on Tower Hill , and
Pretending to Cheapen & buy half a yard
of Calicot, She said Jane Humphreys< no role > stole
half a dozen Yrds & went out of the shop wth
it, but was fetched back agon and the goods
found upon her And further saith not
