the County of Middx Middwife taken before John
Phelips< no role > Esqr . one of their Maties. Justices of the
Peace in the County of Middx aforesaid saith that
shee this Informant was by the Officers of Stanes
(to witt the Constables) called to Search and Examnt
the body of one Mary May< no role > of Stanes in the County
of Middx Singlewoman (them in custody of the Constables
for her being Suspecteded to have Murthered her
Bastard Female Childe; And this Informant
further saith that Shee with other women
haveing See Searched the body of the said Mary
saith that shee found by her breasts that shee
had lately had a Childe And this informant further
saith that the said Mary May< no role > did Confesse to this
Informant that shee had beene with Childe but
had Miscarried
