Whereas by order made att the genall quarter Sessions of the peace
hold for this County the Seventeenth day of April last upon hearing
the matter in difference between Anna Victoria Turner< no role > of the pish
of St. James Westmr . in this County Spr and Katherine Lambert< no role > her
Apprentice daughter of Margarett Lambert< no role > of the parish of St
Martin in the feilds in this County widd for the reasons therein
contained itt was referred to Sr Henry Dutton< no role > Colt Bart and John
Tully
< no role > Esqr. two of their Maties Justices of the peace for this County
to convene before them the said Anna Victoria Turner Margt
Lambert, & the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
said pish of St Martin in the feilds & to allow such weekly maintenance
for the said Katherine Lambert as the said Justices should thinks
fitt And whereas the said Justices ordered that the said Churchwarden
& Overseers of the poor of St Martin in the feilds should allow
eighteen pence P week towards the maintenance of the said
Apprentice untill this prsent Sessions & during the remainder of
her Apprenticehood or shew unto this Court good cause to the
contrary Now upon the peticon of the said Churchwarden & Overseers
of the poor of St Martin in the feilds exhibited to this Court Shewing
that the Indenture of Apprenticehood whereby the said Katherine
Lambert
< no role > was bound to the said Anna Victoria Turner being
made only for two years is void in Law, and that the said
Anna Victoria Turner dwelleth out of their pish (vizt) in the said
pish of St James Westmr . And on hearing what was alledged
by all the said pties Itt if thought fitt & ordered by this Court that
the said Katherine Lambert be and she is hereby discharged of &
from the said Indenture of Apprenticehood to the said Anna
Victoria Turner And the Justices of the peace whose hands &
seals are here unto sett (Quors unus) doe declare that for the reasons
aforesaid they have discharged & doe discharge the said Katherine
