The humble Peticon & Appeal of ye Church
Wardens & Overseers of ye poore of ye parish
of Yeovill in the County of Sommersett

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands & feilds
of two of their Majesties Justices of ye peace for
this County barling Date the twenty third day
of April last made upon the Compll of the Church
Wardens & Overseers of ye poor of the [..] Hon [..]
of Bow in the parish of Stepney that yeard [..]
& her three children were likely to being chargable
to ye sd. Hamlett & for that Henry [..]
of he sd. [..] ard was Case legally Selled in ye sd.
Parish of yeomill The sd. [..] and & her three children
were by ye sd. Order Sent to Yr Petitioner as Church
wardens & Overseers of Ye Poore of Ye sd. parish
of Yeomill by [..] Order Yr petitioner doe [..]
the Parishoner of Ye sd. Parsih [..]
agrieved & ye sd. parish wrongfully charged and
doe therefore humbly appeale from Ye sd. Order

Wherefore Yr Petitioners humbly
pray That [..] the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the poor of the Hamlett
of Bow may how cause why ye
sd. [..] ard & her three Children
should not be repaired

And yr Petitioner of in duty bound shall
ever pray Etc.
