I have mett with a bad mischance by [..] a Bruise in my
Foot by Horse whereby I am disabled from attending this
day as I ought to doe therefore doe most earnestly entreate You
to excuse me to the Justices upon Account of my Absence-
Mr: Cousins the Constable of Shadwell is also very ill which I
thought good to signify that you might please to excuse also
[..] with humble Service presented Frost
