This Court taking notice that the rates of wages for Labourers
& Artificers published in this County are little regarded and that
there are noe rates sett for Coachmen & other servants Doth recomend
& referr ilt to Sr Charles Lee< no role > Kt Sr James Smyth< no role > Kt Sr Thomas Rowe< no role > Kt
Mr Cardow Mr Owen, Mr Peyton Mr Herbert Mr Eyton Mr
Colchester Mr Niccoll & Mr Marshall Justices of the peace
for this County, and such other of the Justices of the peace for
this County as please to be prsent, or any three of them to-
meet att Hickshall aforesaid sometime before the adiornment
day of this prsent Sessions being the two & twentieth day of
May next att eight of the clock in the forenoon to examine-
& consider of the said rates sett for this year last past, and [..]
what rates ought to be sett for this prsent year, and to report-
their opinions upon the whole matter to their Maties, Justices
of the peace for this County att the said day of adjornment
to the end the said rates may be sett and published for this
year, & duely observed throughout this County
