The humble Peticon and appeal of the Church-
-wardens and other the Overseers of the poor of
the parish of St: Clement Danes within the said
County.

Sheweth

That by an order under the hands and Seales of Martin Ryder< no role >
and Richard Milner< no role > Esqrs : two of their Maties: Justices of the
peace for the said County of Middx Francis Golding< no role > his wife
and Six children were passed from the parish of St. Mary le
Bone to the said parish of St: Clements Danes .

That your Peticonrs: are advised that the said Francis-
Golding< no role > and Family have no colour or pretence of legall
settlement within their said parish and therefore de appeal to
your worpps: for releif. agt: the said order. And do

Therefore humbly pray your Worpps: will please
to appoint a time for the Churchwardens of
St Mary be bone & your Petrs to attend in-
this Court to argue the said Appeal.

And your Petr: shall ever pray
