Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us, whose Hands and Seals
are hereunto set, two oftheirMajesties Justices of the Peace of
for the County of MiddxQuorum unus, by the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish ofFulham or [..] side in the sd
CountythatJane Mitchell< no role >

lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to
Settleherselfethere, without giving notice in Writing
to the said Church Wardens or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them
of the House ofhexAboad in the said Parish according to the
Statute in that Case made and provided; And thatshe is
very likely to become Chargable to the said Parish if not timely pre-
vented; And whereas it appeareth unto Us the said Justices upon the
Oath ofthe said Jane Mitchell< no role > thatshe was
last legally Settled in the Parish of [..]
said Parish of [..] the parish of-
Kensington in the sd. County of Middx .
These are therefore intheirMajesties Name to will and require you
and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof, to remove and convey
the saidJane Mitchell< no role > from the said Parish
of Fulham on Hamr. Smith side and so from Constable to
Constable, the next and directest may to the said Parishof
Kensington andherdeliver
to the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor there, who are hereby required to provide
forheraccording to Law; Hereof sail not at your Perils.
