The humble Peticon of George Jervis< no role > of the
parish of St. Mary Islington in the said County.

Sheweth.

That your Peticoner is elected to serve the office of Constable for the
said parish for the yeare ensueing And that Joseph Foreman< no role > hath
lived in the said parish longer then your Peticoner Soe that of right,
& by ancient Custome he ought to serve the said office of Constable
before your Peticoner.

confirmd.

Yor. Peticoner therefore most humbly prays this
Honble Court to be pleased to Order that he may
be discharged from serving the said office & that
the said Joseph Foreman< no role > may be elected to serve the
said office of Constable .
