ye he was going win his sd Master. towards Comfrid
but meeting wih 2 or 3 Gent att Hodgdon who lett
his sd Mastr. yt ye fair was one his sd Master & ye
sd Gent returned for Lond . That this Examination &
his fellow Servt: were taken before a Justices next
Suspicon & after they were discharged & his sd Master
inquireing who ye sd persons were ye caused them
to be so apphended & wth way they were gone, & this
Examint informing him yt they were gone towards
Lond. his sd Master Mr Merriday & ye rest of ye

he could not keepper wir them And this Examint
Sayet yt ye Sword now produced & wch is Hondy is
not ye Sword of his Mastr: for yt his Mastr. were
a Mourning Sword, & that in dothnel Know who [..]
