by the Oath of

was born at Aston
aforesd. These are therefore in their
Maties names, to require and authourize you and
every of you. that you some on one of you do remove
& Convey the said

to Aston
aforesaid
that being the parish where the was born, and to
deliver her to the Churchwardens, and Overseers
of the

we do hereby require to receive the said
