Whereas Complaynt hath been made by you to one of
us that Ann Phillips< no role > an Infant, was illegally left
at South Mymms , aforesd. And it appearing unto us
by the Oath of Michaell Phillips< no role > that the said Ann
was born at Aston aforesd. These are therefore in their
Maties names, to require and authourize you and
every of you. that you some on one of you do remove
& Convey the said Ann Phillips< no role > to Aston aforesaid
that being the parish where the was born, and to
deliver her to the Churchwardens, and Overseers
of the [..] Poor of ye said Parrish of Aston, whom
we do hereby require to receive the said Ann
Phillips< no role > and to dispose of her, as the Law in such
Case Directs, Given under our hands and of Seale
