Whereas complaint hath been made
unto up by the Overseers of Ippolletts [..] ye
John Phillips< no role > together with by Wife &
two Children hath lately come into the
Parish aforesaid indeavouring thereby
to settle himself & family as inhabitants
thereof contrary to Law. he not having
given to ye Church Wardens or Overseers in
writing any notice of his inhabiting or
the number of his family or given Suffi
cient Security to discharge ye Parish at
though he hath been thereto required. these
are therefore in their Majesties names to
Charge & comand you upon recept hereof
immediately to remove John Phillips< no role > . his
wife & two Children to Walton where he way
last legally Settled in the County aforesaid
hereof fail not as you will answer the
Contempt. given under nor hands &
