THese are intheirMajesties Names streightly to Charge and Com-
mand you forthwith upon sight hereof, to bring before Us and
otherstheirMajesties Justices of the Peace , of the County aforesaid, at
theSessions of Peace now holden atHicks HallinSt. John
Streetein and for the said County, the Body of
Mary Paukett< no role > standing Indicted for an Assault and also
For a Comon Barrator

(if the Court be there then sitting) or (if not) before Us or some others
oftheirMajesties Justices of the Peace of the same County, to find suffi-
cient Sureties forherpersonal Appearance at this present Sessions
to answer the same, and all other such Matters as ontheirMaje-
ties behalf shall be objected againstherAnd ifshecannot be ta-
ken during this present Sessions: That then so soon after asshee
shall be taken, you bring, or causeherto be brought before Us,
or some others oftheirMajesties of Justices of the Peace of the said
County, to find sufficient Sureties forherpersonal Appearance at
the nextSessions of Peace to be holden for the said County
to answer as aforesaid, and further to be dealt withal according to Justice;
