Sheweth

That your Peticoner upon the complaint of Elcana Dixon< no role >
before the Worpll Justice Cane Stands bound for appearance in
this Court as of this prsent Sessions As by the Recognizance
may appeare And for as much as the matter in difference
betweene the said Dixon and your Peticoner being aqreed

He humbly prays your Worpps to grant that
he may be discharged from the sd Recognizance

And your Pr. (as in duty bound) shall ever pray Etc
