Some more trouble you on the behalfe of
Dr Kirle who I am afraid did not fully
informe you how the matter Stood, betweene him
& one Little which was thing Little came into
the Dr. house & Cutt [..] Sevall pictures & hangings
[..] Whereupon Dr Kirle gott Mr Justice Pruct
Warrant for ye Trespasse & Cutting ye pictures & hangings
Little heareing there was a Warrt. out agt. him, Entred
into recognizance before Mr. Justice ward & found
Sureties for his appaune att the next quarter Sessions
att Westm, to answeare [..] such matters as the Dr.
should object agt. him for assaulting & breifeing
the Dr. & so obteined a Supsedeas the ye Drs. Warrant
was not for Assaulting him bint ford Cutting his pictures
the Dr. supposeing he would & [..] have appeared att [..]
Hall attended there himselfe, but itt seemes Should
have apped att westm where Little apped
same his recogn: which was last Sessions
one or two: which is all I know of the
& I would agn. begg you to direct ye Dr for ye
lest.
