Upon reading the humble peticon of Elizabeth Plowen< no role >

touching wayes due to her for nursing Elizabeth preist< no role >
his daughter and alsoe the peticon of the said Thomas
preist< no role > exhited to this Court praying a discharge from
the maintenance of the said Child for the reasons
therein alledged and on hearing what was alledged
by Councell on either side Itt is ordered by this Court
their Councell that the matters in the said respective
peticons be referred to Samuell Buck< no role > and William
