The Consession of David King< no role >

This Examinant upon his Examinacon saith and Consesseth yt
for about the space of seven weekes past he has binn
accquainted with one Luke Braisby< no role > and John Morris< no role > and
Lodged with them at a house neere West smithfeild and
that on ye 27th day of January Justant he this Examinant
with the other two vizt Braisby & Morris went to Genden
in Midlex and being there Braisby & Morris sent this
Examinant into the house of one Mr Thomas Marsh< no role >
to See what he could steale and bring out theme unto
them to be divided be twixt them And that the sd
Braisby & Morris waited neere the same to attend this
Examinants Comeing out of the said house, And this
Examinant also Consesseth that the sd Braisby bidr.
this Examinant Should not (if taken) Confesse any thing
And that in the parlor of ye said Mr Thomas Marsh< no role > his
house he was taken & seized And that he did Lift
up the Latch of the sd parlor dore before he could gett
into the said roome
