This Informent Saith yt he ye sd Richd
Ballance< no role > being Reporter was Calld to ye horse
fee Tuavern in drury Lane by ye draiver to walk
of horse Soe he came & the drane bid him walk ye
horse which he did but in [..] Litle time ye owner
[..] ye horse comeing by as he was walking the horse
Seird. him & carridr him with ye horse to A Constable
Soe he tould them yt he would come to ye horse shoe wth
wth them to finde out ye owner of the horse which he [..]
& further this deonent saith not

This Informent Saith yt on Saterday: ye 24th of the
constant January about ye hours of 2 [..] or 3 [..] of the cloak
at the Afternoon that he ye prsoner by name George Gerra< no role >
[..] neing to ye horse Shoe Tavern in drury Lane he called for
[..] drawer soe [..] vent & he bir him [..] Call him aporter to walk ye horse
[..] id soe tyeing ye horse by ye bryeall at ye door ye pord [..]
[..] him walk ye horse which he did ye. prsoner be
[..] drawk bring him apirt of Canr: which he did & if Any of
[..] him to shore them ye Rome where he was soe he drane ye
[..] of Canr: & when he came up [..] ye company yt ask for him col [..]
[..] dwoman was come to him Soe prsently comes the
[..] Constable wth ye man that has Lost this/ horse & chargd: ye
[..] aer at ye sd horse Shoe Travern to show him ye Rome where ye
[..] was that had ordered ye horse to be [..] hath soe who did &
[..] for zd upon him & he was committed no newgate by the
name brough: Garrett & further this
