Whereas att the Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace
held att Hicks Hall for the County of Middx in July last an
Indicmt: was exhibited agt: Mary Calcott< no role > of the parish of
[..] St: Clements Danes in the County of Middx Widdow, Mary
Calcott< no role > of the same parish & County Spinster and others for
Recusancy Fond whereas it appeares to me That pursueant
to a Provised in the late Att of Parliamt: for the amoreing
Papists & reputed Papists from the Cittyes of London and
Westmr: and tenn Miles distance from the same the send
Mary Calcotr widdow & Mary Calcott< no role > Spinster did Certifye
their Names & Places of Abode att a Generall Quarter
sessions of the Peace held for the said County of Middx before
the first day of August 1689 And I find further that the
said Mary Calcott< no role > & Mary Calcott< no role > doe behave themselves
peaceably & quietly under this present Governmt:

These are therefore to Authorize & desire you to
enter or cause to be entred A Cessat Processns upon
the said Indictmt: and to Stay all proceedings thereupon
as to the said Mary Calcott< no role > & Mary Calcott< no role > untill
further Order And for soe doing this shall be your
Warrant Given under my hand this foure and
Twentieth day of January 1690.
