the peace for the County of Middx

The humble petion of Jon pe [..]

Sheweth


That yor peticonr is and was upon the 28th day of
November 1690 a prisonr in Finsbury Goale in
the Custody of Symon penne< no role > keeper of the
Same for debt and being in noe wise able to
pay the Same humbly desired the benefitt of
two Acts of parliamt made for the whife and
discharges of poore prisonr for debt Etc And
went before at Justice of the peace to
take the oathes appointed by the sd Acts in
Order to be discharged but the said Keeper &
refused to being yor peticonr to the Quarter
Sesss as the said Acts require and is since
withdrawen by wth meanes yoe peticonr is still
detained

Yor. peticonr therefore humbly prayes to be
discharged by this honoble bench he being
qualified for it

And yor peticonr shall ever pray
