The humble petion of Tho: Lockington< no role >

Sheweth


That yor petionr is and was upon the 28th day of
November 1690 a prisonr in Finsbury Geale in the
Custody of Symon pen< no role > keeper of the same for
debt and being in no wise able to pay the same
humbly desired the benifitt of two Act of partiamt
made for the whife and discharge of pease
prisonr for debt And went before a Justice of
the peace to take the Oathes appointed by the sd
Arts in Order to be discharged but the said
keeper neglected to bring yer petionr to the
Quartr Sessr. (tho often these to requested:) As
She said Acts require and is since 18th drawn
by wth meanes yor petionr is still detained

Yor petionr therefore humbly prayed to be
discharged by this honoble. Bench he being
quallified for it

And yor petionr shall ever pray
