The Informacon of David Tucker< no role > taken upon
Oath this 10th of October 1690.

This Informant deposeth that by vertue of a
Warrt: from the Right Honble: the Lord Cheife Justice
Holt upon the ninth day of this instant octob
he did Search the house of one Rogers nere
Acton in the Countie of Middx , and upon Search
did find upon the Jester of a Bedd in the Said
Rogers his Chamber two paire of Sheeres, some
Clippings of Money Jyed up in a Bagg, some
poores of lead in a Baskett & a poore of board
wth a leather upon it, and in a one Chest in the
[..] same roome this depont. dies find a file
and in another Chest a Small melting pott
and this Informant askeing the said Rogers his
wife how those things came there she said, she
knew nothing of them, but the said Rogers
said he found them under a Bush in a Ditch.
