yeare of their Maties Reigns Annoqr Dim 1690

This Examinds Confesses & Sayeth that bought a Grey Mars Marked wth the
Accon his nears Buttcoks & that she had beene burnt on both his time Leggs
being Grey mare about fifteene hands high having all his paces, wch
sd Mare he this Examinant Seyeth his bought of a Drayoner for forty
Shillings in Worcester about Six weeks [..] grine, & that he Sinns Sold
his to a Strange man whose name he Knows nott & did told hir in Smith
feild , for forty foure Shillings, by the name of Jno Spencer< no role > .

This Informant upon his Oath Sayeth that his brother Thomas
Hamond
< no role > had feloniously Stolen from him one light grey Mars about fifteens
hands high having all his Paces [..] Marke of on the neare buttocke
wch two ll: and burnt coth leggs behind of or the farry: & doth suspect one
John Loudbridge< no role > als Spencer< no role > (who hath Confessed he bought such a
mare Marked Etc as aboud to hand Stolen his & this Informant further
sayeth that he hath ren an order from Mr Thomas Hamond< no role > to secure
the sd Loudbridge all Spencer for stealing of the sd Mare

Same Mare wth was Stolen from Mr Thomas Hamond< no role > & further Sait
not
