Weekly Relief of Justices Kings land [..]
Hospitally These are in His Majesties Name
to will and require you forthwith up
on receipt hereof to Raise, Levy, and
Collect within your said Hamblett
the Sum of Eight Shillings and Eight Pence
for one Year ending at
Michelmas next coming, and the
same to Raised, Levied, and Collected
forthwith to pay the same to me at
House in Good to a fields accord-
ing to the Contents of this said War-
rant, upon Munday next. Hereof
fail not at your Perils. Given under
my Hand the 9thday of September
