& there fore prayd a further day for the hearing & determined
of the said matter and punsed to pay the charge for
maintaineing the said three children in case this Court
upon a full hearing of the said matter should adjudge
the said Thomas Woodall< no role > to be last legally settled alt
[..] stratford aforesaid Doth order that the matter conserning
[..] layall settlement of the said Thomas Woodall< no role >
[..] heard, & determined the second day of the
next genall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held
for this County alt term of the clock in the forenoon
of the same day And that the said Overseers of the
poor of the said Hamblett of Mile end New Towne
and the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
Stratford aforesaid & all other Psons concerned in the
Prunses upon notice of this our order doe then
attend their Maties Justice of the peace for the
County to hear & abide their Judgement & finaly
determinaconof thetouching the said settlement as
they will answer the contrary att their Pils
