The Examinacon of Philip Macguyer< no role > taken the 6th. March 1691

The Examinate saith that he was apprehended the last Summer
at his house in Winston on Suspicon of a Robbery that day
alleadged to be committed & was brought before Justice Harriot
where her other persons were brought that were charged with
the said Robbery and the said Justice committed the said
two persons and discharged this Examinate he appearing to
have been at home three hours before the Robbery was
committed And the Examinate saith he was borne in Ireland
and server an Apprenticeship to a Watchmaker in Dublin and
hath been in England there years and was designed to serve
them Maties as a Souldien in Ireland this Spring And as to
the robbing of the Wagen of Matthew Lam< no role > after now charged
on him the Examinate dempet the same
